The new CIC will growth faster of the number of members resulting more ressources for a greater development.

 

STRATEGY OF GROWTH

 

We will have a Recognition model for experienced canyoning guides to become CIC certified.

 

We will have an open CIC Meeting for all interested Persons with Workshops, cool stuff and trade possibilities every year.

 

We will have a wide range of Merchandise to place the CIC brand worldwide.

 

We will develop Partnership with other Canyoning Associations and Organizations.

 

We will iniciate Sponsoring Programs with Manufacturers for our Members

 

We will develop strong Network Tools for Members

 

We will have a representativ in every country, where the CIC have members. But this time with clearly defined role description and tasks offering good chances to create business for themselves.


Enhanced COURSES

 

We will implement a course model to increase the number of people able to get to the level of a guide by teaching and treating the candidates with respects. Friends will get trained by friends!

 

More people will get in touch with the association, as soon as they are able to recognize what are the requirements and cost to finish the Training program and formation at different levels.

 

The new CIC will have a technical training program and Assessment with defined rules. We will bring the objectivity back into our Courses and offer a best practice choice instead of "follow or Fail" paradigma.
